NFIC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,177 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAMP4, TLN2, and PRELP. Each is linked with NFIC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIC-to-partner and partner-to-NFIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIC versus SCAMP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
