Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,484 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIRBP, ZNF791, and KANK2. Each is linked with NFIC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIC-to-partner and partner-to-NFIC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIC versus CIRBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
