Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,129 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFIC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Positive regulation of establishment of T cell polarity. Each is linked with NFIC in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIC-to-partner and partner-to-NFIC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by NFIC-low versus NFIC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
