NFIC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFIC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8K3, MS4A6E, and GPR101. Each is linked with NFIC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIC-to-partner and partner-to-NFIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8K3 grouped by NFIC-low versus NFIC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
