NFIA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,879 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBX1, ZNF652, and GNG12-AS1. Each is linked with NFIA in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIA-to-partner and partner-to-NFIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIA versus PBX1 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
