NFIA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,985 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIA_S265, DDAH1, and DOK3. Each is linked with NFIA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIA-to-partner and partner-to-NFIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIA versus NFIA_S265 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
