Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,511 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX52, CDCA2, and ERCC6L. Each is linked with NFIA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIA-to-partner and partner-to-NFIA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX52 grouped by NFIA-low versus NFIA-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
