Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, eIF4E, and GAPDH. Each is linked with NFIA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIA-to-partner and partner-to-NFIA results are reported.
