The most reproducible NFIA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of fibrinolysis, Muscle organ development, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with NFIA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIA-to-partner and partner-to-NFIA results are reported.
