NFIA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFIA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A7, TLE7, and IL17A. Each is linked with NFIA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIA-to-partner and partner-to-NFIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A7 grouped by NFIA-low versus NFIA-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
