NFE2L3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFE2L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,360 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFE2L3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasminogen activation, Cellular response to environmental stimulus, and Cellular response to abiotic stimulus. Each is linked with NFE2L3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2L3-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of plasminogen activation grouped by NFE2L3-low versus NFE2L3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFE2L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFE2L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
