Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFE2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,129 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFE2L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, and Response to methionine. Each is linked with NFE2L2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2L2-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2L2 results are reported.
