NFE2L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFE2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,608 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFE2L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPEPPS, UBE2Z, and CD109. Each is linked with NFE2L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2L1-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFE2L1 versus NPEPPS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFE2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFE2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
