Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFE2L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,870 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFE2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKB, LONP2, and CCDC113. Each is linked with NFE2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2L1-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2L1 results are reported.
