Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFE2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFE2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRAP, CYFIP2, and HTR1A. Each is linked with NFE2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2L1-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRAP grouped by NFE2L1-low versus NFE2L1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFE2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFE2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
