NFE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP8, MMP9, and PADI4. Each is linked with NFE2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFE2 versus MMP8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
