Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,084 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR31, ADGRB2, and IPO8. Each is linked with NFE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFE2 versus GPR31 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
