NFE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, PTPN5, and NGF. Each is linked with NFE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFE2-to-partner and partner-to-NFE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHOX2B grouped by NFE2-low versus NFE2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
