NFATC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,807 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TERF2IP, TERF2, and EDC4. Each is linked with NFATC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC3-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC3 versus TERF2IP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
