NFATC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,432 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIT1, P2RY8, and CD53. Each is linked with NFATC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC3-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC3 versus SIT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
