NFATC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,154 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H18, KIF15, and NDUFB6. Each is linked with NFATC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC3-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H18 grouped by NFATC3-low versus NFATC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
