NFATC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFATC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA12, TGIF2LY, and SERPINA11. Each is linked with NFATC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC3-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA12 grouped by NFATC3-low versus NFATC3-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
