NFATC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,507 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFATC1_S261, NFATC1_S233, and FMNL1. Each is linked with NFATC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC1-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC1 versus NFATC1_S261 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
