NFATC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFATC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,836 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP1, CASP4LP, and CD40LG. Each is linked with NFATC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC1-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFATC1 versus GIMAP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
