The most reproducible NFATC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell differentiation, Blood coagulation, intrinsic pathway, and Cell fate commitment. Each is linked with NFATC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC1-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC1 results are reported.
