NFATC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFATC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,159 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EAF1, SIKE1, and AVP. Each is linked with NFATC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC1-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EAF1 grouped by NFATC1-low versus NFATC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
