Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFAT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,430 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNTB2, TMC7, and THAP11. Each is linked with NFAT5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFAT5-to-partner and partner-to-NFAT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFAT5 versus SNTB2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
