NFAT5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFAT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,192 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFAT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFAT5_S561, DDX19A, and ADGRG1. Each is linked with NFAT5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFAT5-to-partner and partner-to-NFAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFAT5 versus NFAT5_S561 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
