Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with NFAT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFAT5-to-partner and partner-to-NFAT5 results are reported.
