NFAT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K1, SERPINA7, and C1orf158. Each is linked with NFAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFAT5-to-partner and partner-to-NFAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10K1 grouped by NFAT5-low versus NFAT5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
