Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFASC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,311 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFASC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A2, IRAG1-AS1, and NMT2. Each is linked with NFASC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFASC-to-partner and partner-to-NFASC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFASC versus SLC1A2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFASC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFASC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
