NFASC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFASC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFASC-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, PDCD4, and TFRC. Each is linked with NFASC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFASC-to-partner and partner-to-NFASC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by NFASC-low versus NFASC-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFASC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFASC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
