NFASC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFASC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,535 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFASC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC13A1, ODF4, and JOSD1. Each is linked with NFASC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFASC-to-partner and partner-to-NFASC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC13A1 grouped by NFASC-low versus NFASC-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFASC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFASC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
