Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NFAM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NFAM1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher NFAM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NFAM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, SCLC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NFAM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
