Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and INPP4B. Each is linked with NFAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFAM1-to-partner and partner-to-NFAM1 results are reported.
