Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,608 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEXN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collagen fibril organization, Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with NEXN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEXN-to-partner and partner-to-NEXN results are reported.
