NEUROG2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Shc_pY317, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with NEUROG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROG2-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROG2 results are reported.
