Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEUROG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,430 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Cardiac muscle cell action potential, and Bile acid and bile salt transport. Each is linked with NEUROG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROG2-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROG2 results are reported.
