Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,830 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with NEUROG1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROG1-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROG1 results are reported.
