NEUROG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, PRC1, and RNY1P1. Each is linked with NEUROG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROG1-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by NEUROG1-low versus NEUROG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
