NEUROG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with NEUROG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROG1-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by NEUROG1-low versus NEUROG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
