NEUROG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEUROG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M5, GPR171, and CCL18. Each is linked with NEUROG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROG1-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2M5 grouped by NEUROG1-low versus NEUROG1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
