NEUROD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,791 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADK, FHOD1, and GPBP1L1_S76. Each is linked with NEUROD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD2-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEUROD2 versus ADK in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
