NEUROD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEUROD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEUROD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONRF2P4, OR51A3P, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with NEUROD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEUROD2-to-partner and partner-to-NEUROD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONRF2P4 grouped by NEUROD2-low versus NEUROD2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEUROD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEUROD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
