NEURL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEURL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,123 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEURL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA1, RBM45, and METTL16. Each is linked with NEURL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL4-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
