Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEURL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,123 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEURL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, DNA topological change, and RNA localization. Each is linked with NEURL4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL4-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL4 results are reported.
