NEURL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEURL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,511 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEURL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MX2, NFKB2, and DDX58. Each is linked with NEURL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL3-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEURL3 versus MX2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
