NEURL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEURL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,462 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEURL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, MEPCE, and ADNP. Each is linked with NEURL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL2-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEURL2 versus RPRD1B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
