NEURL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEURL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,410 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEURL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, SLC52A3, and SRPX2. Each is linked with NEURL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL2-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEURL2 versus TIMP3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
