Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEURL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEURL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-709P, RBPJP2, and MIR6788. Each is linked with NEURL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEURL2-to-partner and partner-to-NEURL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-709P grouped by NEURL2-low versus NEURL2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEURL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEURL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
